Most chemicals, solvents, gasses, acids, and steam cleaning are resistant to the upgraded kingpin-less, glass-filled Nylon (RX) casters by Gold Key Equipment and do not absorb moisture like phenolic. The wheel core is made of glass-filled nylon with ball bearings and is kingpin less.
