The dock's face is firmly attached using the Edge-O-Dock Leveler.
Also a minimum height of forty-eight (48) inches is also advised for docks.
The lip of the trailer automatically retracts behind the face of the bumpers as it moves away. It includes a motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines, and oil.
However, Leveler can only return to its storage position if the truck moves away. An optional pulling hook for mechanical Edge-O-Dock levelers is also given; (old style).
