The wheel is constructed of polyurethane, which can support more weight than rubber. 

They are corrosion and wear resistant and won't puncture or go flat. The sawtooth tread design on Urethane solid foam wheels provides better traction. 

This wheel is designed for usage in commercial and industrial locations. However, Urethane wheels are more load-bearing and resistant to abrasion and tear than rubber wheels.
